"This experience has not been good at all.... I requested a copy of my application submitted for my quote. This has an impact on my premium. I was provided with the incorrect DOB by a rep when I called to reset my password and was unable to log in when I used this DOB to reset my password, which overall contributed to my rating. I had to call a few times (3-4) to receive my documentation in a legible format. Still, I have not received any confirmation of the application submitted for underwriting, to be secure (besides verbal confirmation) that the correct age was utilized for my quote. Not a good experience."
